The Ranking System

Everyone starts off with Civilian as their default rank with 2 Abilities, 2 Weapons, and 2 Miscellaneous creation limitations. Fugitive Ranks

The fugitive ranking system is used if your character chose to be an outlaw, or is formerly in a military system and betrayed his country often after committing a criminal act. As a fugitive, you are free to do what you wish without the law holding you back. But you are constantly tracked down and hunted for your bounty, dead or alive. The list below goes from the lowest rank to the highest rank.

Rank
Abilities/Weapons/Misc
Requirements
Outlaw
4/3/nL
100 posts
Meister Outlaw
5/5/nL
300 posts, Bounty Amount
Overlord
nL/nL/nL
500 posts, Bounty Amount
*nL = no Limit

Outlaw
Requirements: 100 posts
(You can have this rank straight off after Civilian, or if you're a Nexus or Chroma and betrayed your country. Post in the Red Book to apply for this rank.)

Description:

An Outlaw is the result of a citizen leaving their country without the intention of returning and severing ties with the said country, often because they have committed criminal acts or to pursue other personal gains. A bounty amount will automatically be put for their capture alive. Outlaws are considered the mildest ranks of fugitives, with crimes ranging from as simple as thievery to homicide or murder.

Limitations: 4 Abilities, 3 Weapons, and no Limit to Misc creations

Meister Outlaw
Requirements: 300 posts, Reaching a certain amount of Bounty (refer to Red Book)
(You can have this rank straight off after Outlaw, or if you're a Polaris or higher and betrayed your country. Post in the Red Book to apply for this rank.)

Description:

A Meister Outlaw is considered an official expert criminal whose skills and crimes are cut above the norm. They are highly dangerous people with little to no chance of quitting their unlawful ways. Their bounties now include both capture alive, and death.

Limitations: 5 Abilities, 5 weapons and no Limit with Misc creations

Overlord
Requirements: 500 posts, Reaching a certain amount of Bounty (refer to Red Book)
(You can only have this rank straight off after Meister Outlaw. Post in the Red Book to apply for this rank.)

Description:

The most dangerous people out there are branded as Overlords. Their skills rival that of a Polaris rank and higher, and their intentions are of far more threat than the lower ranking fugitives. Mass murders or world dominations are their plays, and the countries send the bests of their SODF's to hunt these people down.

Limitations: none

Civilians who chose not to be in the military system and not on a criminal side either. Independents hold no rank in a country. They are what most people would call ‘freeloaders’ or wanderers. They have no attachment to the military and thus, can not be given orders or the other way around. They don't have to have any "Real" loyalty to the leader of their country and can choose whether to aid with the nation or focus on their own objectives alone. As an Independent, you do not rank up, but you are able to move from place to place without fear of being targeted.

Limitations: 4 Abilities, 4 Weapons, and no Limit to Misc creations
